AmikiGroup constantly tries to develop and keep up with the times. This means that we are in constant movement theoretically and practically. Translating learning to practice is central to us.  

AmikiGroup bases its work on strong relations and a social and cultural perspective in order to develop the individual and the workplace in the best possible way. 

 

AmikiGroup does not come up with ready-made concepts/we do not try to stuff our reality down ’our customer’s’ throat. The concept must always develop along with the assignment. AmikiGroup takes as its starting point the problematics that we human beings experience in our daily lives and the phrasings people use about their problems and challenges. 

 

 

About Kim Østergaard

 
Kim Østergaard has worked as an HR Partner at Novo Nordisk and has a Master’s Degree from Copenhagen Business School, Master of Management Development. Kim was trained as a Frogman at the Danish Naval Frogmen Corps where he worked for 14 years. When heading the Frogmen Corps’s Training School, he was in charge of the reorganisation of the frogman training. When the project had been successfully integrated into the Frogmen Corps, foreign cooperation partners showed an interest, which led to a 2-year-project abroad. Kim headed this project together with the psychologist Jens Hansen.

The last 5 years, he has been giving lectures and run courses in Denmark and abroad.

Kim chose to call his company AmikiGroup because he works for a number of persons with different professional skills, which enables AmikiGroup to work out lectures, courses and sparring projects etc. for your particular company.
